As an award-winning creative producer Laura drives content from conception through completion. She develops projects, creates strategies, runs productions, and delivers products that achieve their potential.

Laura co-founded Shooting Films, a New York–based independent film production company, which has made Active Measures (iTunes #1 documentary and #5 top movies, screened by European Parliament, taught at Yale) and the award-winning films The Living (first narrative feature shot on the Blackmagic Cinema Camera), And After AllTime and Public Speaking. Since starting the company in 2012, Laura actively freelances on films, commercials, new media, and music videos either as a producer, director, line producer or assistant director. She is also the head of production for Wild / Factory, a creative content agency, and commercial production company. Collectively, the work has garnered at least 100 million views online alone, the commercials are among some of the most successful for major brands, and the films have won several awards in addition to playing in 30+ festivals.

Previously, Laura was the director of business development and production for a privately-held independent film and commercial production company based in Tribeca. She dove into the film industry after graduating from the Film Track program at The Lee Strasberg Institute in New York. Outside of school, she worked with Project Welles on the development and marketing for Orson Welles’ unfinished film, The Other Side of the Wind. Beforehand Laura was an assistant at Goldman Sachs in the merchant banking division. She earned her bachelor’s degree with concentrations in psychology and sociology from the University of Connecticut. While at school she produced and co-hosted a live TV show on the campus station.
